Refund policy
ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.
For a return to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that it was received in, unused or unworn, in it's original packaging, with tags. You will also need the proof of purchase, or receipt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and please contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, this way we can evaluate the issue or concern, and resolve it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of purchase with the same value of the item purchased. Perishable goods (fresh flowers) can only be exchanged if they are damaged or defective within a 48 hours time window of your purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
