Shipping policy

Beso Flora is located in Costa Mesa, California and hand delivers to all of Orange County, including but not limited to the following areas:

Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Launa Beach, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Tustin, Santa Ana, Laguna Niguel, Orange, and more. 

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (12:00 PM on Sundays) may be processed the next day. 

We make every effort to make our deliveries on the same day of the order. However, there is not a guaranteed time window and some deliveries may take longer. 

For specific delivery tinmes or rush deliveries, please call the store at (714)-277-8077 after you have placed your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that our availability is based upon our current volume of orders.

If nobody is home to accept the delivery, it is our store policy to return it to the flower shop. We are able to leave the delivery at the door unattended, only if instructed to in the order. If a secondary delivery is required, additional charges will apply.
